When life leaves you scattered…

Come home to yourself

Life has a habit of scattering us.

Work. Family. To-do lists. Worries. Expectations.

Yoga is the place where we can gather ourselves back together.

Through movement, breath and relaxation, Unravel helps you let go of the day, reconnect with your body and come home to yourself… one breath at a time.

Some days you'll build strength. Some days you'll soften. Every class is different because every body is different.

Just for one hour, you don't have to solve anything. You don't have to achieve anything. You don't even have to quiet your mind. Just notice what's here, and let your body show you what it needs.

Hi, I’m Kayleigh

I used to think yoga was about pushing harder. Now I know real strength is knowing when to soften.

My classes are strong, playful and deeply human. I'll probably crack a joke, forget which side we're on at least once, and remind you that your body is far wiser than you know.

My hope is that you'll leave noticing where you've been holding on, where you've been pushing, and what happens when you give yourself permission to soften.

Ready to unravel?

Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or you've practised for years, I will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Every class offers adaptations that help you tune into what your body needs today rather than forcing it into what you think it should do. If you need to rest, rest. If today's your day to push a little, push a little.

Learning the difference is part of the practice!

Expect laughter, movement that feels good, and absolutely no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

All our classes are at the beautiful Pailton Village Hall - with ample on-street parking directly outside the venue.

After class we gather for community connection with delicious herbal tea! You are so welcome to come along and unravel with us.

First class free (use code: BREATHE), please bring a yoga mat or let us know if you need to borrow one!
